The low-down! The nuts and bolts of the ResumeInventor License
- For each digital work (called an “Item”) you download one item then do not have to subscribe. There is a specific price for only one product you can buy.
- You can use unlimited download please subscribe our Unlimited pricing package. https://resumeinventor.com/pricing.
- This item use only for your projects. You can use it after registration or purchase. For as long as your ResumeInventor subscription remains active, until then, it can be used.
- We are selling only the resume template, and the license type of all products will be the same. Since there are time limitations, you will have to download it according to your resignation. Otherwise, if the time is over, You have to re-subscribe.
Resume Inventor Contains Two types of Licenses as listed,
- Single Item License
- Pricing Package License
Single Item License
- Personal License is defined as using digital works (Item/Product) downloaded /purchased from Resume Inventor for your own personal use. It’s an option for private individuals who purchase a product with their own funds, for their own use. Personal licenses are not to be purchased, refunded, or in any way financed by ResumeInventor. This means the items are not available for distribution under this License.
- Commercial License is defined as using products downloaded/purchased from Resume Inventor for commercial purposes. A Commercial license is the standard licensing option for an organization and business entity. Licenses are purchased by the company and can be used by any single person within this organization. This includes limited distribution items made from our products.
- Extended Commercial License is defined as using products downloaded/purchased from Resume Inventor for commercial uses. This includes unlimited distributing items made from our products.
Personal License Policy
- License: Individual
- Number of users: Single User
- Commercial Use: Prohibited
- Non-Commercial Use: Permitted
- Account Management: Single individual.
Acceptable Uses
- Permitted to use to take care of your personal activities. Personal activity refers to one individual and his surroundings. Such as, you can use that item purchased under this policy to fulfill the projects for yourself, family members, and friends.
- Printing or downloading for personal use, such as submitting on a job application, or using for own professional identification. Unlimited physical print or download for personal and non-commercial use is permitted under this license policy.
Non-Acceptable Use
- Distributing items or files purchased /downloaded from “ResumeInventor” under this policy in any situation or manner is prohibited. [ Here distribution refers to selling, giving away for free online or physically, as a part of other product’s package, and non-profit organizations use]
- Allowing more than one user or an organization to use items /products that purchased /downloaded from ResumeInventor on behalf of personal license policy isn’t acceptable.
- Sharing product samples/files on social media or in other local areas isn’t acceptable. A product purchased under the personal license policy, can’t be eligible to share on social media or local area for free advertisement/campaign or selling.
Commercial License Policy
- License: Individual (Company), as indicated at the time of purchase.
- Number of users: Single User (Company).
- Commercial Use:
- Physical and Digital End Products (Limited)
- Advertisements and Promotions (Limited)
- Account Management: Unlimited user under a company.
Acceptable Uses
Unlimited use or advertising is eligible on a product that is purchased under the commercial license policy. An individual/ company can use that product or advertise (Not for sale) in the local marketplace.
- Limited physical print or download for company uses.
Commercial uses limit examples include:
- Use of products downloaded/purchased from ResumeInventor up to a total of 500 times (Including company body, employee, and clients).
- Local/ Online advertising is acceptable from a single business account of that selected company, which purchased items under ResumeInventors’ commercial license policy. They got the authorization for advertising and promoting that product, but that can’t be intended for selling. ResumeInventor doesn’t allow reselling any products that are purchased from ResumeInventor.
Non-Acceptable Use
- Using more than one business social media account to advertise/promote purchased items.
- Distributing files downloaded/purchased from ResumeInventor in any manner, including selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
- Creating a digital product to sell/distribute, which only consists of a font’s letters/numbers or a design that closely resembles the design element downloaded/purchased from ResumeInventor.
- Allowing another company’s users or users outside of your household to use products that you downloaded/purchased from ResumeInventor in any way.
Subscription/Single Item License

- When you purchase a single item, each item has to make a separate payment.

Extended Commercial License Policy
- License: General (Company or personal), as indicated at the time of purchase.
- Number of Users: Unlimited Users (Company or personal).
- Commercial Use:Physical and Digital End Products (Unlimited)
Advertisements and Promotions (Unlimited) - Non-Commercial Use: Permitted
- Account Management: Unlimited user under a company.
Acceptable Uses
- Unlimited users are accepted on that item that is purchased under the extended commercial license. Here “unlimited” refers to more than one personal, or commercial user, on different projects within one organization or household.
- Limited physical print or download for company uses.
- Local/ Online advertising is acceptable from more than one business account of that selected company, which purchased items under ResumeInventors’ commercial license policy.
- They achieve the authorization for advertising and promoting that product, but that can’t be intended for selling. ResumeInventor doesn’t allow reselling any products that are purchased from ResumeInventor.
Non-Acceptable Use
- Distributing files downloaded/purchased from Resume Inventor in any manner, including selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
- Creating a digital product to sell/distribute, which only consists of a font’s letters/numbers or a design that closely resembles the design element downloaded/purchased from Resume Inventor.
Single Item License is not applicable while a consumer is under the Pricing Package License.

- Allowing end user to customize and print on demand products using fonts/designs download from us.
- Can not use the JPEG photo in our resume template
